Environmental Impact Assessment
We conduct EIAs to evaluate the likely environmental impacts of a proposed project or development, taking into account inter-related socio-economic, cultural and human-health impacts, both beneficial and adverse. This helps in identifying the environmental, social and economic impacts of a project prior to decision-making. We also undertake Strategic Environmental Assessment to evaluate the environmental impacts of a proposed policy, plan or programme initiatives in order to ensure they are fully included and appropriately addressed at the earliest appropriate stage of decision-making on par with economic and social considerations. This is achieved through:
- Communication with the clients and stakeholders in order to determine the needs and concerns
- Carrying out a scoping study and generating the scoping report
- Formulation of mitigation measures
- EIA report development and preparation of non-technical summary
- Environmental management and monitoring
