Unisource conducts Environmental Audits and EIAs as outlined in Part (V) of the Environmental (Impact assessment and Audit) Regulations, 2003. The main aim of EAs/EIAs is to evaluate the likely environmental impacts of a proposed project or development, taking into account inter-related socio-economic, cultural and human-health impacts, both beneficial and adverse. This helps in identifying the environmental, social and economic impacts of a project prior to decision-making.
